1. Can I return an item I purchased online? Yes. At Beauté Boulevard, we offer an extended return window for your peace of mind. You have the right to return most items purchased online within 30 days of receiving your order. You must notify us within this period if you wish to start a return.
2. How long do I have to return my order? You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to inform us you wish to return your item(s). Once you’ve notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to our returns center.
3. Will I get a full refund? Yes, provided your return meets the conditions below:

Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Since we provide Free Delivery on all orders, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price paid for the item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item(s).
4. Do I have to pay for return postage? Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as proof of postage is required.
5. What items cannot be returned? For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

6. What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect? If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return postage costs.
7. How do I start a return? Email our customer care team at contact@beaute-boulevard.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once confirmed, items should be sent to our Returns Processing Centre: Beauté Boulevard Returns, 22 Guinness Road Trading Estate, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1SB. Returns are processed via our fulfilment partner. (Please note: This address is for returns only. Correspondence should be sent to our London office).
