2. Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected at the price shown, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms the basis of our contract with you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where:
- A product is found to be out of stock after your order is placed
- There is a pricing or product description error on our website
- We are unable to verify payment authorisation
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
In the event that we cancel your order, any payment taken will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Beauté Boulevard is not VAT registered. No VAT is charged on your purchases.
We reserve the right to update product prices, descriptions and availability at any time without prior notice. The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time you place your order, provided that your order has been confirmed by us.
Promotional pricing, discount codes and special offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion. They may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and PayPal, taken at the point of order.
4. Your Right to Cancel — Distance Selling
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. This is your statutory cancellation right.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly within the 14-day cancellation period by contacting us at contact@beaute-boulevard.co.uk or by telephone on +44 7861961932.
Following cancellation, you must return the products to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Products must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original transaction.
Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to products that have been opened, used or unsealed after delivery, as these cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This exception applies to opened perfumes, cosmetics and skincare products.
5. Returns and Refunds
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights described in Section 4 above, we offer a 30-day returns policy for items that are unopened, unused and in their original condition.
We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a refund, repair or replacement where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
6. Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders to mainland United Kingdom addresses. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of your order being placed and confirmed. Once dispatched, delivery is via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses only. If you require delivery to a non-mainland UK address, please contact us before placing your order.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate with our delivery partner on your behalf.

7. Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website is error-free, complete or current.
Product packaging and design may occasionally vary from images shown on our website due to manufacturer updates or batch changes. However, the product supplied will always correspond to the title and description provided at the time of your purchase.
If you receive a product that is materially different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a return, replacement or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Beauté Boulevard curates its collection from reputable luxury brands. We do not manufacture any of the products we sell. All products are 100% genuine and sourced through legitimate UK supply channels.
We strongly advise all customers to:

- Perform a patch test before applying any new skincare, fragrance or cosmetic product
- Discontinue use immediately if any irritation, adverse reaction or discomfort occurs
- Seek professional medical advice if an adverse reaction occurs

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure any product is suitable for your personal use before application. Beauté Boulevard cannot accept liability for adverse reactions arising from failure to follow product instructions or from pre-existing sensitivities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

In such circumstances, we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact on your order.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, branding, logos and design, is the property of Beauté Boulevard or its respective content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
